Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)

Double Cone Blender

Octagonal Blender

V Cone Blender
V cone blender or V type blender is one of the most sought after blenders or tumblers. This blender is preferred over other blenders owing to their short nd efficient blending periods. This blender comprises two cylindrical shells that join at an angle of 75°C to 90°C. We offer V shape mixers of premium quality and one of the main mechanisms of these blenders is diffusion. Diffusion is achieved by small scale randomized motion of solid particles. The machine is designed in such a way that blending movements add to the mobility of individual particles and thus enhance diffusive blending.

Colloidal Mill
A Colloid mill is a machine used to disintegrate solid particles or droplet size of a liquid present in suspension or emulsion. The machine consists of an inlet (Subjected to a massive shearing action that effects a time dispersion of uniform size) and an outlet.
Colloid mill works on the rotor-stator principle. The equipment breaks down materials by forming a dispersion of material in a liquid. Shearing takes place in a narrow gap between a static cone (the stator) and a rapidly rotating cone (the rotor). The rotor and stator construction using toughened steel or corundum to reduce wear.
Paste Kettle
Ideal for paste/binder preparation for RMG Mixing Process.

Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD)
